Our Baby & Me class combines Music, Tumbling & Movement.
This class is an introduction to the basics of dance and movement for our youngest little ones. Bond & move with your baby as they develop gross motor skills in a fun, engaging and age appropriate classroom setting. We welcome laughing, fussing, and squealing!
*A parent or guardian should attend this class along with their dancer, in order to gain the most out of this program.

Our Minis in Motion program is a stimulating, fun, and imaginative approach to Creative Movement as well as an excellent introduction to the study of different dance styles. Students learn body awareness and develop a dance vocabulary. The class offers a unique way of exploring music, rhythm, movement, posture, agility and grace all in the context of fun and imagination.
This class teaches the basics of Ballet, Tumbling &Creative Movement.

This class teaches the basics of Ballet, Tap, Creative Movement &Tumbling.
Friday 4:15-5:15 Minis in Motion 2 & Tap (4-year-olds)
Saturday 12:00-1:00 Minis in Motion 2 & Tap (4-year-olds)
This class combines the styles of Ballet, Tap, Jazz & Hip-Hop.
The fundamentals of each of these dance disciplines are introduced and age appropriate skills are developed. Students learn to hear and count music and demonstrate various rhythms through tapping. Students develop technique and vocabulary in each of these styles, with closer emphasis on posture, placement and movement potential.
Performance Opportunity: Dance Basics dancers have the opportunity to perform at a Trenton Thunder baseball game, with Happy Feet, in June 2025.

This is a high energy class that will focus on learning proper dance technique such as isolations of the body, improving performance quality and developing complex rhythms and patterns. Students will begin with an upbeat warm-up to prepare the body for across the floor, center work, progression and combinations. Students will work on muscle development, flexibility, musicality, isolations and combinations.
Performance Opportunity: Jazz & Hip-Hop dancers have the opportunity to perform at a Trenton Thunder baseball game, with Happy Feet, in June 2025.

Students will learn classical Ballet technique and terminology. Each class includes barre exercises, center floor work, across-the-floor and center combinations. Dancers are encouraged to strive for grace, technique & poise.
Each Ballet level should should be taken at least two years before moving forward to the next level. Please call or email us for placement in our Ballet program, in order to get the most out of this class.
The Ballet curriculum, at each level, will become increasingly more complex and intricate.

AcroDance blends classic dance technique with the precision of athleticism of acrobatic elements. Acro teaches balance, strength, control and flexibility. Students will learn how to properly execute tricks such as cartwheels, handstands, back bends and walkovers, among other tricks while blending both dance technique with Acrobatics technique. This class will aid the students in enhancing flexibility and strength.
Acrobatic Arts is a training program designed for dance educators to safely teach AcroDance. Their curriculum teaches anatomy, technique, lesson plans, proper placement, progressions, choreography and much more.
Thursday 4:00-5:00 Acro (2nd-5th grade)

Wednesday 5:15-6:15 Acro 2 (5th grade & up)
Contemporary is a collection of dance styles including Ballet , Modern & Jazz technique. Dancers will express themselves through mind and body as they explore and combine these styles to create movement.
This is a technique class that is designed to improve dancers overall ability and technique in all styles of dance. Students will work to increase and enhance flexibility, strength, balance and core.
