ABSENCE
Parents and/or students should submit an absence by logging into their Parent Portal. There you can enter your dancers absences.
MAKE-UP CLASSES
Dancers can make-up missed classes by attending another same or similar level class on the schedule. Make-up classes must be completed within 30 days of the absence. It is the student or parents’ responsibility to schedule a make-up class. Make-up classes can be scheduled by logging into your Parent Portal. All make-ups must be made before the end of the dance season in June. Make-ups DO NOT roll over to the following dance season or summer camps/classes. Make-ups should be used in addition to your regular class, they cannot be rolled over to the following month and used as a credit for tuition. There are NO REFUNDS or DISCOUNTS for missed classes or dropouts.
Tuition is NOT charged for our calendar closures--holidays & seasonal breaks. Therefore, NO make-up classes should be made for holidays or scheduled studio closures. Make-up classes SHOULD be used for class absences due to sickness or other circumstances, as well as weather closures. NO EXCEPTIONS.
TRANSFER OF CLASSES
A student may transfer into a new class during the year with approval from the Director. Transferring of classes should only happen once per season.
DRESS CODE
Specific attire is required for each class style. Hair must be secured away from the face and proper shoes must be worn. Students should arrive to class each week in proper dance attire per their class. Please see our Dress Code tab for details.
LATE PAYMENTS
Please be sure to keep your credit card on file updated as a $0.50 processing fee will be applied to any and all declined payments. A $10 late fee will be due for all payments not received by the 7th of each month. A $10 late fee will continue to be charged every 7 days thereafter. NO EXCEPTIONS. See the Registration & Tuition tab for more details.
TRIAL CLASSES
There is a $25 trial fee, per trial class. Cash or check only. NO REFUNDS should you decide not to register for the class.
REFUND POLICY
It is highly encouraged that students finish out the paid month of dance before withdrawing from a class. NO REFUNDS will be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Should a student drop without alerting the Director via email or phone, tuition will continue to be processed as scheduled and no refunds will be given as it is assumed that the student is still attending classes.
Should a student drop without alerting the Director, the credit card on file be removed, and the credit card is processed on the first of the month, tuition will still be considered due until proper withdrawal is submitted. The studio incurs processing fees for processing payment. A $0.50 will be added to your account for each time card is processed unsuccessfully.
